About Dr. Mossad

 

Dr. Mona Mossad is teaching a new counseling course—COU 685 Human Sexuality—in June 2011. Mona holds a baccalaureate degree in Science and Chemistry and a Medical Doctorate from Cairo University School of Medicine, as well as a MA in Clinical Counseling from Ashland Theological Seminary. She is a member of the American Counseling Association. She specializes in the treatment of anxiety, depression, grief, and divorce. She provides individual, adolescent, and family counseling. She has been married to her husband, Dr. Emad Mossad, since 1987, and has a son, David, who is 21 years old, and a daughter, Nadia, 18 yearrs old. She enjoys reading, traveling, and serving in her local church.
