Click below to access our applications. Both are available as fillable PDF files. Please save the completed application and email it to us at firstname.lastname@example.org or print your application and mail it to: HGST Admissions Office, 4300-C West Bellfort, Houston, TX 77035.
In order to process your application, we must receive your application fee. You can pay your fee online here. You may also mail a check to us (made payable to HGST) or stop by campus to pay with cash or check. All application fees are non-refundable.
- Master’s Fee: $50 before deadline or $100 after deadline
- Doctor of Ministry Fee: $100 before deadline or $150 after deadline
