Laura HamiltonThe Registrar provides services related to the creation and maintenance of academic records at HGST. We strive to provide exemplary service to all students, as well as faculty and staff.

The Office of the Registrar maintains the integrity of all academic records while supporting students with the many processes associated with being a student at HGST. These include, but are not limited to, registering for classes, checking progress toward degree completion, withdrawing, certifying enrollment, requesting transcripts, and Veterans Affairs coordination. Faculty and staff rely on the Office of the Registrar for coordination of course rosters, attendance, grade submission, and assistance with the registration process.

It is the goal of the Office of the Registrar to provide timely assistance to all and to secure all student record information. Please contact the Registrar’s Office for assistance or information.
