Second Extension Request must be signed by the Dean.
The Second Extension Request must be initiated by the student on or before the first extension’s deadline. The Request will be sent to the Registrar for processing with the Academic Dean and the Instructor of Record. Following instructor approval, the Dean will determine whether a Second Extension is warranted. Submission deadlines for Second Extensions are February 28 (Fall), July 15 (Spring), and Oct 30 (Summer). Assignments not submitted by the deadline will not count toward the final grade, and the student may receive a failing grade for the course.
If approved, I am aware that a $50 fee is due at the time of submission.
