About Dr. Ballard
For the last 23 years Don has served in Christian leadership positions with congregations, non profits, hospital systems, and universities/seminaries. His passion is to not only lead well, but to help others learn to lead more effectively by leaning into their calling and vocational ambitions. He is married to Jamie since 1996 and they have three kids - Davis, Drew, and Julia. Don currently lives in Cypress, Texas, but has served the Lord in Tennessee, Mississippi, Ohio, and Texas.
